You inspired me with confidence straight away when we met at the Salon. You then contacted me quickly, providing me with detailed information on the search mandate that I could set up with your company Electra Conseils Immobilier, which reinforced the first positive contact.

I greatly appreciated your proactivity and availability which allowed me to take advantage of one of my stays in Portugal at the end of October/beginning of November 2022 to visit around ten properties over 3 days (already built, under construction or on plan), in Porto and Lisbon. You did fantastic research beforehand, which allowed you to perfectly understand my expectations. All the properties selected showed real attention to my criteria and we had a great time discovering these properties together. So I quickly decided on a property in Porto 2 days after the end of the visits! I am very happy with this purchase because I was able to occupy the apartment for a weekend in December 2022 and I was able to confirm the quality of the services. And I fell in love with its Boavista district.

There were a few twists and turns in the process: the first apartment chosen “slipped right under our noses” (fortunately another identical one remained available in the same building!), the purchase under the CPCV method turned out to be particularly complex and we spent a good hour late one evening on the phone for you to explain to me the subtleties of the authentic deed which I had difficulty understanding, just before signing. The town hall delayed the authorizations and we waited a long time for delivery. Your rigor, your patience, your positive energy and our good dialogue helped us manage these difficulties.

You helped me identify a rental agency and an interior designer thanks to your excellent flair. You continued to give me advice after receiving the apartment and studying the rental market.

I am extremely grateful for our wonderful meeting and will not fail to keep you informed of the rest of my Portuguese adventure.
